What began as growing Shiitake mushrooms on 300 logs has grown to a laying yard of over 1,700 logs for Shiitakes, beds of Wine Cap and Almond, logs and stumps growing Oysters and Chestnuts. The vast majority of this farm is covered in mature hardwoods so growing mushrooms through log cultivation in the shade of trees was a way to complement the existing resources. 

Today they grow mushrooms indoors and outdoors without chemicals from organic spawn. Mushrooms include Shiitake, Oyster, Wine Cap, Chestnut, Lion’s Mane and Almond.
